In marking 50 years of service, we celebrated not just our longevity, but the strong, lasting partnerships we have with each of you. This milestone reinforced our focus on providing pump solutions that address real needs, backed by years of hands-on expertise and responsiveness. Our brand refresh in 2023 gave us renewed purpose, allowing us to serve you with more tailored solutions than ever.

Expanding Our Product Line 

In 2024, we introduced several products that help customers access efficient, durable solutions for a wide range of uses:

• Maxaflex Filter Housings: Developed with flexibility and robustness in mind, these filter housings allow customers to offer enhanced water quality solutions, from residential to industrial applications.
• Maxaflex Bore Caps: These bore caps provide effective, reliable protection, helping end users safeguard their boreholes for long-lasting, clean water access.
• Flow Meters: Precision was a priority with our new flow meters, giving customers an accurate tool for managing water flow and consumption in both household and industrial settings.

Each of these products was designed to help retailers deliver on quality and reliability and to support end users in optimizing their water systems for maximum performance.

Engaging with Industry 

This year, we attended Ozwater and Irrigation Australia, two of the most prominent industry events, where we connected with partners and learned about the latest trends and best practices. This engagement means we’re always at the forefront of innovation, offering customers solutions informed by the latest advancements in water management. By staying connected to the industry, we can respond quickly to changing needs, helping our customers to stay ahead in their markets.

Notable Highlights: New Catalogue, ISO Certification, and More

We were thrilled to introduce a variety of new resources in 2024, all aimed at supporting our customers more effectively:

• New Product Catalogue: We designed a refreshed catalogue for easy access to our full range of solutions, ensuring that retailers and installers have everything they need to make informed product selections.
• ISO Certification: Our ISO certification gives our customers peace of mind, knowing that we meet the highest standards in quality and safety.
• Capability Document: Our new capability document showcases our depth of expertise, helping customers understand the full scope of solutions we can offer for both simple and complex applications.
• Upgraded Lathe: With new manufacturing equipment, we’ve increased our precision capabilities, which means we can better support custom, high-quality components tailored to your unique requirements.

This year, we had the privilege of serving 1,000 customers from across Australia. Whether you’re a local retailer, a regional installer, or an industrial client, we’re grateful to have the opportunity to support your unique pumping needs and are ready to provide solutions that meet your standards.

Some highlights among the many customer-focused projects this year include attendance at key events:

• Holcim Dust Suppression Project: Designed and installed a custom water suppression system for Holcim’s Albion Park Quarry, adapting to flood challenges with elevated DSP self-priming pumps and flotation-based submersibles, providing robust dust control and reliable water supply to critical areas.
• Industrial Galvanisers: Our work with Industrial Galvanisers highlighted our expertise in delivering solutions capable of handling challenging applications like acid pumping. This project reinforced our commitment to providing systems that can endure harsh, industrial-grade environments while meeting our customers' rigorous standards for performance, safety, and durability.
• Sydney Water Supply Chain Expo: We were pleased to attend this year’s expo, where we strengthened our relationship with D4C and connected with other divisions within Sydney Water. The event offered a valuable opportunity to collaborate, exchange insights, and reinforce our commitment to supporting Sydney’s water infrastructure needs.

Investing in Our Team

With new team members and expanded expertise, we’ve grown our capacity to serve you with agility and knowledge. Our new CAD Department enhanced our ability to customize solutions to exact specifications, while team members like Kristy, Bayle, Bernadeth, Tom, and Greer joined with fresh expertise, enriching the service we provide. Flynn’s achievement of completing an Executive MBA means we can bring added strategic insights to our customer relationships, supporting long-term partnership growth.

As part of our commitment to team excellence, we also recognized the contributions of Kasey and Chris, who left us this year. Their work helped us grow and shaped our journey to deliver better solutions.
